Role:
You’ll support the Communications team across all aspects of its work, mainly assisting in the sharing of communications across a variety of digital platforms. You’ll report directly to the Communications Officer but will work closely with all members of the Communications team.

In this role you will:
- Set up and send out regular emails to 70k + members
- Schedule social media posts, and report on social media metrics
- Update and upload content onto the company website
- Share content internally with staff via SharePoint/viva engage
- Monitor departmental email inboxes and share out work accordingly
- Style up documents in company branding (i.e. powerpoints, reports)
- Support the delivery of company events.
Candidate:
You’ll be technically confident, with a real interest in digital communications channels. You’ll be adept at picking up a variety of different tasks. You’ll have an eye for detail, have excellent written skills, and be structured and organised in the way that you get things done. You’ll work well with others as well as be able to have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and will proactively ‘pitch in’. You’ll be an excellent communicator, in person and in writing.

- 6-12 months' paid experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- A clear interest in and or experience of using a variety of digital communication channels
- Strong organisational skills
- Good time management and workload prioritisation
- An eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
Desirable
- Experience of WordPress or similar CMS
- Experience of using an email marketing tool
- An understanding of social media platforms and Hootsuite
- Educated to degree level.
