Our client is currently looking for a Data Analytics Manager to lead on member intelligence across the organisation, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data is maintained. You will be responsible for managing a small team, working to effectively utilise this intelligence, whether it be to inform policy work, or to develop new services across the housing sector.

You will be responsible for managing a small team, working to effectively utilise this intelligence, whether it be to inform policy work, or to develop new services across the housing sector.

- Provide leadership and support to the team in line with the core values of the organisation and with the commitment to drive standards of service to members
- Establish systems and processes to collect, maintain and utilise member data and intelligence effectively
- Manage the interface with the Customer Relationship Management system to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Use data and intelligence to map key trends and changes within the sector and to make recommendations to senior staff about the implications of those trends for organisational work
- Work with communications colleagues to use data and intelligence to shape messaging about how the sector is regarded by members, stakeholders and the wider public
- Work with colleagues across the organisation to create a culture that understands and is able to utilise data effectively.
Candidate:
You must be able to demonstrate:

- A relevant under-graduate degree with a research component or equivalent experience
- Experience working with data in membership, not for profit or business environment
- Experience in managing budgets
- Strong management skills
- Effective use of CRM systems to inform and deliver high quality customer service and insight
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection legislation
- Experience using data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
