Role:

In this role you will:

• Design and develop the organisation’s campaigning activities to shape policy and raise awareness across a wide range of audiences
• Support the Campaign Manager by leading on digital campaigning techniques and supporter recruitment, and by producing reports and evaluations of campaign performance
• Develop supporter communications, write compelling content (online and offline) and maintain supporter database
• Keep abreast of events and policy developments across the political landscape. 

Candidate:
​

• 1-2 years campaigning experience within the charity sector (ideally with an interest in social policy)
• Strong digital skills, excellent written and communication skills; able to produce impactful content engaging with a variety of audiences
• Experience working with campaign supporters and community groups; a good understanding of how to recruit, mobilise and retain supporters
• Able to connect effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders through email, telephone and face-to-face meetings.
