Role:
These exciting new roles will create and launch an innovative digital product to help enable young people demonstrate their skills and abilities to future employers.
The Digital Product Managers (each focusing on one of three user/provider groups) will work to define the functionality of the product, engage with stakeholders, test the system with potential users and build and roll out the product across the UK.

The Digital Product Managers (each focusing on one of three user/provider groups) will work to define the functionality of the product, engage with stakeholders, test the system with potential users and build and roll out the product across the UK.
In each role you will:
- Build strategic relationships with stakeholders in one of three specified groups’ key to the success of the digital product nationally
- Engage with senior representatives from organisations within the stakeholder groups to introduce the product, discuss the vision, understand their priorities and explore the ways that the product could support them
- Develop a product roadmap to plan the route to engagement
- Work with team members to develop requirements and functional specifications, keeping in mind stakeholder group’s needs at all times
- Line-manage junior team members.
Candidate:
- Strong understanding of how young people (14-19 year olds) think and act particularly in relation to career-planning
- Experience of stakeholder engagement and communications with senior individuals and teams, ideally within the education and careers sector
- Demonstrable experience of digital product management, including engagement and impact tracking as well as user experience and provision of management information
- Experience of line management, personal development and appraisals
- Entrepreneurial, passionate about digital products, keen to progress within a high growth, start-up environment.
