In this role you will:
- Help shape and deliver a new administration system for key stakeholders within schools across England, to be released in September 2019
- Support the Head of User Adoption to develop understanding of stakeholder needs, establish the product’s positioning in the market and develop value propositions
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of the go-to-market plan (tactical comms and launch planning, delivering user journeys, key messaging for all users and audiences, developing training resources)
- Ensure all parts of the user adoption plan are delivered to a high quality; on time and budget (using Confluence, Jira and other tools to manage and report performance).
Candidate:
- Experience of successfully project managing the development and launch of digital products or the creation of digital tools and resources that support field-based team and partner organisations
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and successfully work with internal digital; marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Demonstrable experience of working within teams based on agile or lean project management methodologies
- Background in marketing (agency or client) with experience of managing digital and offline suppliers; digital developers; designers and copywriters
- Adaptable, with ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a start-up culture.
