In this role you will:
- Support the Head of Product to manage the effective delivery of work-streams across projects
- Manage product development projects from inception to completion, to time and budget
- Manage the day-to-day collaborative, prioritising of work with colleagues and external suppliers
- Work closely with internal teams and the broader organisation to gather content for toolkit products
- Coordinate meetings, produce minutes, proofing and snagging all product team outputs
- Manage external digital development and marketing agencies and freelancers.
Candidate:
- Experience of successfully project managing the development and launch of digital products or creation of tools and resources that support field-based teams and partner organisations
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and successfully work with internal digital and marketing teams to ensure delivery
- Demonstrable experience of working within teams based on agile or lean methodologies
- Excellent track record of managing and delivering multiple projects to time and on budget
- Background in marketing, with experience of managing digital and offline suppliers; digital developers; designers and copywriters.
