In this pivotal, newly created role you will:
- Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation plan for the organisation
- Set-up and manage systems and processes to collect and analyse impact-relevant data and information
- Conduct evaluation and research to both prove and improve the impact of the organisation’s work
- Act as the organisation’s external representative on evaluation and research issues
- Work with colleagues to demonstrate the organisation’s impact in a compelling way to external audiences
Candidate:
- Degree in research (e.g. social research) or other relevant discipline
- Demonstrable experience of planning, implementing and managing monitoring and evaluation strategies and processes
- Strong experience of evaluation and/or research (ideally in health education, mental health and/or social care services, or fast-track graduate schemes) including research design and qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Good understanding of and proficiency in data collection and storage methods, tools, and software systems (e.g. Salesforce).
