In this role you will:
- Lead the Evaluation Team (two impact analysts) and lead on a series of existing evaluation projects for specific funders
- Develop evaluation plans, conduct evaluations using qualitative and quantitative methods. Write reports and summarise findings to internal and external audiences
- Provide expertise in evaluation methodologies and practice, including cost benefit analysis
- Ensure commissioned evaluations are of the highest possible quality, relevance and value for money.
Candidate:
- Degree educated with an emphasis on quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Demonstrable experience of evaluating services, writing reports and communicating results to a wide variety of different audiences
- Demonstrable expertise and ability to advise on research design, good understanding of measurement tools, well being and quality of life measures
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, as well as line management of staff.
