Role:
This newly created role will support the organisation initiate and administer its Covid-19 grant giving programme. This one-off initiative will award grants to member organisations around the world based on their applications and under published criteria.

This newly created role will support the organisation initiate and administer its Covid-19 grant giving programme. This one-off initiative will award grants to member organisations around the world based on their applications and under published criteria.
In this role you will:
- Be the day-to-day point of contact between the organisation and member organisations engaged in the grant application process
- Manage and administer the online application process (using Survey Monkey and Salesforce) including monitoring application interest and accepting and processing applications
- Compile completed applications for the team to review and support application assessment including managing the collation of scoring/feedback
- Manage and administer relationships with successful grantees including drafting and collecting completed grant agreements
- Monitor grant expenditure to ensure that organisations are complying with grant agreements and liaise with recipients who have queries
- Support the preparation of funder reports.
Candidate:
- Proven experience of grants management and strong project management skills
- Excellent numerical literacy skills and ability to understand complex budgets. Ability to analyse, interpret and evaluate information with an eye for detail
- Skilled in questioning, giving and processing feedback and making judgements. A problem-solver with the ability to prioritise
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, at ease with working in different cultural contexts and have the versatility to work within a diverse team
- Experienced in the use of MS Word and Excel and good familiarity with CRMs (ideally Salesforce) and online surveys (ideally Survey Monkey).
