Role:
As Head of Impact and Evidence, you will play a key role in driving positive change and evidence-based practices to support goals by:
Candidate:
As Head of Impact and Evidence, you will play a key role in driving positive change and evidence-based practices to support goals by:
- Collecting comprehensive evidence of the organisation’s impact, influencing the sector, meeting stakeholder needs and driving reinvestment
- Shaping the organisation’s priorities to ensure it remains purpose-led and impact-driven
- Establishing the organisation as thought leaders in STEM education
- Fostering a culture of learning from both successes and failures
- Seeking opportunities to enhance the organisation’s knowledge base through external expertise and networks.
Candidate:
- Demonstrable experience and expertise in designing and implementing evidence, monitoring, and impact evaluations, preferably in an educational setting
- Proficiency in implementing data analytics to support data-driven decision-making and generate valuable insights
- A track record for identifying and fostering strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance impact and innovation
- Confidence and strong communication skills, particularly to effectively collaborate with the Board, Senior Leadership Team, and external stakeholders
- Experience in leading a team, providing guidance and direction to staff while promoting the organisation’s profile and mission
- A proven ability to diligently manage projects and drive thought leadership related to impact and evidence.
