The Head of Community Networking and Development provides leadership and expertise to their busy and creative portfolio of networking and development offers. It will oversee recruitment to the community and provide input to their latest offer for those leading improvement across national and regional systems in the UK and Ireland.
A senior and outward-facing member of Q’s leadership team, this a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines understanding of the approaches used to improve health and care with experience of supporting others to learn and share.
Comfortable steering a busy programme of activities, at different stages of design and execution, this post will also bring energy and expertise to fronting or facilitating workshops while also contributing to longer term strategy.
