In this role you will:
- Analyse global policy developments and develop policy positions
- Identify and respond to international advocacy opportunities
- Manage cross-team engagement with sectoral partners and initiatives
- Identify opportunities to promote accountability at the global level.
Candidate:
- Educated to degree level and 1-3 years’ paid work experience in a policy, advocacy or research role within an international development organisation
- Confident self-starter, ability to grasp concepts quickly, run with projects and delivers to tight deadlines
- First class written and verbal communications skills and ability to conduct research to respond to ad-hoc advocacy opportunities
- Ability to develop and build relationships with colleagues and senior officials across partner organisations and governments.
