In this role you will:
- Devise, undertake and present the results of research, evidence gathering and evaluation projects
- Provide expert advice on qualitative research methods and interpretation of results to internal stakeholders
- Conduct appropriate and high quality analysis and project manage and quality assure externally commissioned research
- Disseminate the results of research verbally and in writing to both internal and external audiences
- Line-manage and oversee the work of graduate trainees
Candidate:
- Educated to degree level in a social science discipline
- Strong work-based experience in research design and methods e.g. market or social research, behavioural economics
- Theoretical and applied knowledge of evaluation
- Experience of conducting research and evidence gathering in a variety of different contexts
- Confident communicator (verbal and written); experienced in writing clear technical reports and presenting complex data.
