In this role you will:
In this role you will:
- Work closely with programme teams to co-design evaluation studies that generate both formative and summative findings
- Deliver small scale evaluations and implement standardised evaluation tools across the organisation, including making use of software including; SPSS, Excel, Nvivo, etc. to analyse data collected
- Produce evaluation reports and resources that communicate findings to internal and external audiences
- Build effective relationships across the organisation to promote the benefits of evaluation and build engagement
- Line manage an Evaluation Officer.
Candidate:
- Masters degree in a social science discipline e.g. psychology, sociology or economics
- Experience of managing large-scale programme-level evaluations (ideally in the education sector) and strong mixed-methods research skills
- Ability and experience to manage external evaluation partners and project manage to deliver to time and budget
- Strong ability to write clearly and persuasively for a range of audiences and experience writing for publication
- Pragmatic, adaptable and a positive team player.
