In this role you will:
- Lead on the design and delivery of qualitative and quantitative data collection processes (with support from data officer) and analyse and report on this data to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the existing evaluation framework and identify new areas of research to provide insight on the programme to evaluate its impact and inform decisions on its strategic direction
- Support other teams within the organisation in evaluating service delivery and respond to ad-hoc project reporting requests
- Provide and present data to senior colleagues to support reporting on KPIs and demonstrate successful delivery of contracts.
Candidate:
- Educated to degree level in social science or statistical discipline
- Strong work-based experience with data collection, quantitative and qualitative analysis and reporting and with statistical and survey software packages (e.g. R and Snap Surveys)
- Highly developed skills using Microsoft Office (including databases) and ability to learn new systems
- Confident communicator (verbal and written); experienced in writing clear reports and presenting complex data.
