​Role:

In this role you will:
​

• Work with the Programme Manager to ensure that access to education programmes are effectively evaluated and monitored
• Design and distribute surveys, analyse and manage data and produce reports for a variety of internal and external audiences
• Further develop research techniques and work with colleagues to meet evaluation and monitoring reporting requirements and targets  
• Lead on the external engagement activities of the organisations’ evaluations, including presenting at conferences, workshops and disseminating research findings through a variety of channels.

​Candidate:
​

• Educated to postgraduate or doctoral level in social science or statistical discipline
• Strong work-based experience with data collection, quantitative analysis and reporting and with statistical and survey software packages R and Snap Surveys
• Highly developed skills using Microsoft Office (including databases) and ability to learn new systems
• Confident communicator (verbal and written); experienced in writing clear reports and presenting complex data
