Role:
This is an exciting, newly created role to manage the organisation’s social media activities with the aim of increasing engagement with stakeholder groups.

This is an exciting, newly created role to manage the organisation’s social media activities with the aim of increasing engagement with stakeholder groups.
In this role you will:
- Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Regularly review social media successes, adapt strategies accordingly to improve engagement
- Regularly report to management on social media engagement
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media and design tools
- Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
Candidate:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, or relevant professional qualification
- Able to demonstrate a real passion for social media and for engaging in relevant relationship building online
- Demonstrable social media marketing experience and experience developing social media strategies
- Ability to assess and evaluate the success of campaigns online
- A personal interest in and knowledge of the publishing and screenwriting industries would be a real benefit (though not essential)
- Understanding of graphic design principles
- Understanding of the unique needs of each social media platform, and the ability to develop the right voice for each platform.
