Role:
In this role you will help plan and deliver change communications to support major organisational transformation:
In this role you will help plan and deliver change communications to support major organisational transformation:
- Identify and map stakeholder groups across the organisation’s change projects
- Develop consistent messaging for the strategy and each of its component projects in communication within internal and external stakeholders
- Develop complex communications plans (e.g. multiple audiences, mixture of face-to-face and written communications) for transformation projects and work with project teams to ensure effective delivery
- Build tools and processes that colleagues can use to manage communications related to their stakeholders in a consistent and on-brand way
- Ensure effective communications between key internal stakeholders.
Candidate:
- Experience of using stakeholder management processes and techniques
- Experience of developing approaches to engage and communicate with stakeholders
- Experience of working on major change programmes, ideally in charity, health or social care sectors
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
- Great organisational skills, politically astute and able to handle sensitive information.
