Role:
The User Researcher will design and conduct user research and be responsible for all aspects of research (planning, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) for both generative (participatory design) and evaluative (usability testing) research.

The User Researcher will design and conduct user research and be responsible for all aspects of research (planning, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) for both generative (participatory design) and evaluative (usability testing) research.
In this role you will:
- Plan, design and conduct usability testing processes, from developing user recruitment through to test moderation, analysis and reporting
- Conduct research to gather insights for new product and concept developments
- Model insights gain from user research into formats to enhance organisational understanding of users - such as personas and user journey maps
- Work closely with designers and developers to turn user data into actionable product requirements
- Present findings, design recommendations and customer insights to senior decision makers.
Candidate:
- Substantial experience of advocating and influencing user needs to senior stakeholders
- Experience of conducting user interviews
- Experience of analysing quantitative and qualitative data to produce UX artefacts
- Demonstrable experience of managing, planning and designing
- Solid experience of developing and conducting usability testing sessions
- Pragmatic and adaptable, able to deal with ambiguity
